No knee protection???
AvatarJCarter123
I wondered about this. I never use knee protection for yoke. Should I be? Big Loz advised to only use sleeves and not wraps so my thoughts were sleeves aren't going to stop a dislocation so why bother.

Any advice?

double ply thor sleeves so tight they take a fair bit to get on will help keep everything aligned , training load/technique/using common sense will determine whether you get injured or not
