I used to suffer (and technically still do) with crippling spine pain, but just have to do pull ups ocassionally to keep things in order. They help to decompress the spine, and remedy alignment problems - which cause the pain. Being alive under gravity, then doing s**t like squatz and deadz all compress the spine, pull ups or mere dangling go a long way to remedy this in a gentle manner. This sounds like good advice | ||
