So we have: Core work for stability Paused deep squats Face outwards and concentrate on lift. Need to keep up the stretching and rollering to losen my hips up and keep my knees and back in close to working order (they're both a bit rubbish) Still about a 6-2 split in favour of it being claimable. | ||

I've never seen anyone unrack the bar like that, just face into the gym.. This will also stop you squatting in front of the mirror, if you ever do compete in squats there won't be a mirror there! | ||
