Two Black Pullum Bands - Choked Once. Two Green Strength Shop Bands - Choked Twice. Alot of tension at least 50 kg per side mid ROM.

Wide Grip Bench
60, 100, 130, 130, 140, 145 [Triples]

Easy enough, gonna drop the wide grip as am moving my grip in a little raw and shirted feels like I have more control and power throughout full ROM.

225 is a pb for no belt, tech felt abit off but feel strong my best with a belt is 240 not too far away from that.

I have done 130, tbh I have never trained it properly i reckon i could get 140/145 with abit of training.
