Squats too 300kg x 2 looked very easy for him.

I was very impressed with Luke at the qualifier, and I expect him to be even better at the final.

It is a real shame Stevie wont be there, but it should still be an excellent comp. Luke will be hard to beat I am sure

Looked comfy and all done without straps or a suit. Apparently he did a hitched 350kg pull the other week as well, I'm sure there is a video of it on the forge gym Facebook page. Should be a very good battle at ssm with all the new guys coming through.

God damn looks strong as hell! The depth on those squats cemented my status as a fan boy. Some strong folk kicking around at the minuite.

He's an animal, there's a couple of videos of him benching kicking around, a very easy 220kg touch and go and a paused 200kg im sure.
