thought i`d treat myself to an upper body session seeing as it`s my birthday born 11.1.1953 - looks old when you write it down like that ... Session in the garage warm up light lateral raises 1 kg- sumo deads light 50kx5x5x5 leg biceps 10kx15x15 yeah not upper body is it : flat bench 10kx10 30kx8 50x5 65x5 80x5 92x5 82x5 80x5 all strict paused .Next triceps pushdowns 2x15 tricep extensions bicep curls 3x8 10kg then 5mins stretching plank to finish and a bike ride home ( not too far ). I`m currently training for bdfpa british single lifts in march masters 5 . It`s going good especially deadlift did 150x7 sumo on tuesday; put on a bit of weight over xmas up to about 97ks now so at least i`m near the top of the class...Grin
