126k off floor 3x2 fast much easier
bench to chest paused 20kx15 35kx5 55kx5 65x5 75x5 77kx5 not too bad quite strict
bicep curls 12kx15 12kx15 25kx10 - trx rows x10 abs stretch - bit of heavy bag
35mins just about right these days
ps;think 100k paused bench is there now ... will step up weight on deads later if I get 160 deficit 200k floor - will do UK masters this year on bench dead M6s over 65s

started with deficit deads of a thick sleeper 50kx6 70kx5 90kx5 110x2 x2
flat bench 30kx10 50x10 65x10 75x6 disappointed probably too short a rest 50kx10
cleans 40kx5 x 5 curls to 40k x2 light curls
abs stretching out 5 mins warm down
had a bit of a serious drink last night after training - still not cured but no hangover just felt very dry ( dry cider and vodka )...

decided on deceit deads first standing on sleeper very low
60ksx5 80kx4 90kx3 110x1 120x1 135x1 137.5 x1 my son said `easy` hip has been playing up a bit so left it at that; not done deads for 8 days so felt fresh.
cleans 30kx5 40kx5 - fat bench 20x12 40x10 60x10 70x10 x 6 short rest -set curls set trx rows abs stretching 5 mins 10min walk.
overview not bad sess bench improving under the less is more principal...and more there on dead prob 190k floor like to get 160 def though want double body weight not bad for this 65yr old.

30kx12 45kx10 60kx10 x10 x10 - partial shoulders press3x10
bicep curl 15kx10x10x10 light dumbell4k x10 each arm
punch bag coupla mins abs lots crunches stretching out
not bad on bench not too strict decided to do 10s for a bit getting stale on low reps; certainly feel reps on the chest...Happy Happy Happy Happy

bicep curls 15kx15 x 10 x 10 abs stretching warm down walking
not much volume bu do find def hard also can`t spell full word ; yet can do 210x4 pin one lift... so must need it .

deadlifts standing on sleeper 60kx5 80x3 90x3 100x3 110x3 ( hard with big def for reps } on floor 130ks x 6 x 2 short rest {shrugs}not too bad considering all hands front hooked on the 130
bicep curls 25kx8 30kx6 12kx15 x 10 tricep dipsx15
5mins abs stretching...

went fishing till 3pm then bench at 4:30 pm
bench didn`t feel good so decided on singles 70kx1 80kx1 92kx1 this felt ok long pause so decided on 96ks x1 not easy but ok most done for a good while on track for 100k strict- tricep dips x 15 curls 10x 20 abs stretching

session good enjoying sqts again - when I get heavier yhat it can start to play my sciatic nerve up might be periformis ( seems to be the latest thing ) but ok right now normally plays up at 100ks sqt ...

abs stretching 30min sess enough taking it easy on deads siatic nrve prob been ok lately but always comes back especially with sqts ...

3x12 tricep dips 2x10 light shoulder press
2x10 25ks bicep curls 2x10 4k dumbbell curls
abs stretching 5 mins 35min total enough
