smack the shit out of my pubic bone Member 1902, 919 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 230500.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | Sat 14 Jan Olympic style weightlifting session with Kev did some power snatch to OH squat but main focus was on high hang snatch triples. worked up to double (failed 3rd) at 57.5Kg. feel like its slowly starting to click. C&J: Not much work on this, left knee still a bit sore so just worked up to a power clean and jerk at 70Kg. Big lesson is to give max effort even on moderate weights instead of 'just doing enough'. Class sesh today, feel like some good progress has been made | ||

Havent got a clue on the weights as the bars and plates were not standard. Did a mix of snatch pulls (from just off the floor). Deep knee bends. Pendlay rows. Had a brilliant headache so left it there.... | ||
