Pregnanediol is a metabolite of progesterone, a girly hormone that's pretty common in hormonal contraception. But most hormonal contraception isn't banned under WADA so this isn't accounted for. But is does look consistent with treatment for PCOS. She should have reapplied for a TUE with new evidence.

PCOS may well give you higher than normal levels of testosterone for a female But doesn't testing look at the ratio of testosterone to its metabolite, not the absolute level?
