You know the drill lol just do what makes you strong in the main lifts and it will carryover. | ||

I got stronger as the season went on and ended up getting the players player of the year award in a team that went unbeaten and I was far from the most talented player, just that a lot of the better players faded as the season went on. It's a 2 day split and looks like this: Day 1 Squat 531 Bench Press 531 Dips 3 sets Chins 3 sets Day 2 Trap Bar Deadlift 531 Military Press 531 GHR 3 sets Sit Ups 3 sets If you don't have a trap bar Wendler suggests DOH Deadlift. | ||

Decided to go to the gym Friday, did some light (felt heavy) squats and strict press followed by 1.5 mile run in approx. 14 mins. Result is that my legs no longer work properly and going up and down the stairs bloody hurts. Time to work hard and get strongish and fit again | ||
