alrighty there! for you sled pulls with the harnes how mush does it replicate the truck pull. as i have been thinking to do that same with a 240kgs chain with other thing attached to it

I did a lot of truckpulls last year till midle of the year... This felt pretty much the same... Just a different is that a normal weight truck and normal surface after the start you can make some speed... With the sled every pull has to be as hard as the one before or the sled will stop...

Team comp. between 3 gyms in the neighboorhood... 3man p. gym

Bench 100kg for reps, hold at lockout.
our team 42 reps with 3 man (12 reps from me)
2nd place

Loading event 20m
65kg keg/ 50kg rock/ 2x32kg fat handle kettlebells
all events to other line than 2nd man has to bring everything back and 3rd again.
Time 1.30 min
1st place

Timberwalk 65kg for distance with 3 man

3man 92-92-117 ( i failed the 102 on the head again!!!!!!!!!!) I hate loglift..... PP and MP no problems but log i hate!!!!!

Truckpull 27.000 kg with 3 man on 1 rope backwards
2nd place with 0,3sec behind!!!! We were f**ked with this caus i know for sure the driver hold the break for 3 more seconds, after this we were flying to the line!!

Accu hold 25kg for time
2nd place.........

2nd place total caus of the 0,3 sec on the truckpull..... otherwise we did not have to do accu hold caus we won.....

Was a nice day with mixed feelings.... i know that this comp was really no big deal but i hate to lose......
