Member 1224, 652 posts | well its been a long year so far.... i thought id start a new journal i havent trained in months and have droped from my peak 116kg body weight to my lowest 90kilo!!! im curently sitting at 95kg. i need to start a journal again for some motivation im starting from scratch and maybe give BB ago?? heres how todays sesh whent bak with my partner in crime mr murray 1st time in months took it easy. DEADS 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 140kg x 5 180kg x 3 220kg x 3 169kg x 10 WIDE GRIP PULL UPS 4sets roughly 8 each??? BENT OVE BARBELL ROWS 60kg x 15 80kg x 15 100k x 10-12? WIDE GRIP STAND STRICT PRESS 50KG x 15 50kg x 10 50kg x 10 50kg x 10 then 4 sets 15 rep on two different back machines..... | ||

Member 1224, 652 posts | cheers guys. plan was chist and arms tonite but it ended up a total f**k up of a session my fone kept ringing constant and it was calls i needed to deal with so pissed at the timing.... BENCH 60kg x 15 60kg x 15 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 140kg x 2 then gave up had enough talking on the fne!! plenty of press ups before bed i think! | ||

Member 1224, 652 posts | WIDE GRIP BENCH 60kg x 20 100kg x 15 140kg x 5 120kg x 10 100kg x 20 100kg x 10 INCLINE DUMBELL CHEST 34kg x 15 34kg x 10 34kg x 10 TRICEPS ROPE PULLDOWN 4 sets 15reps TRICEP BAR PULLDOWNS 4sets 15reps TRICEP SINGLE ARM PULLS 4sets 15 reps. good wee sesh tonite in out no chatting or rest breaks, and a nice easy 150kg bench for mr murray alot more to come from him by the end of the year. | ||
