well its been a long year so far.... i thought id start a new journal i havent trained in months and have droped from my peak 116kg body weight to my lowest 90kilo!!! im curently sitting at 95kg. i need to start a journal again for some motivation im starting from scratch and maybe give BB ago?? heres how todays sesh whent bak with my partner in crime mr murray 1st time in months took it easy.

DEADS
60kg x 5
100kg x 5
140kg x 5
180kg x 3
220kg x 3
169kg x 10

WIDE GRIP PULL UPS
4sets roughly 8 each???

BENT OVE BARBELL ROWS
60kg x 15
80kg x 15
100k x 10-12?

WIDE GRIP STAND STRICT PRESS
50KG x 15
50kg x 10
50kg x 10
50kg x 10

then 4 sets 15 rep on two different back machines.....

dude good to see you back, and 95KG eh maybe you should be doing the u90 or 105's maybe something to aim for lean mean strongman machine rather than a BB Grin

awrite neil, aye its good to be back had a hell of a year maybe try and stick in the 90s and get back lifting what i was

cheers guys. plan was chist and arms tonite but it ended up a total f**k up of a session my fone kept ringing constant and it was calls i needed to deal with so pissed at the timing....

good wee sesh tonite in out no chatting or rest breaks, and a nice easy 150kg bench for mr murray alot more to come from him by the end of the year.
