cheers davy stephen, aye am still a light weight put a few kilo bak on 97kg i weighed today.

DEADLIFT
100kg x 10
140kg x 5
160kg x 5
180kg x 5
200kg x 5
200kg x 5
200kg x 5

FLOOR TO OVERHEAD 500kilo
50kg x 10 in 18sec
50kg x 10 in 16sec
will do 1000kilo F/O next week

CHEST bodeyweight X 20rep

decent sesh with mr MURRAY some good cardio in there short breaks inbetween.
