Yeah okay I can link you towards some videos if I upload them to YouTube either private on using the public function

I'm sure that would be easy to sort

I actually look forward to helping others with their lifting on here if I'm honest. Just arrived in Edinburgh for the festival after a short flight. Lovely weather

Saturday 16th August

Lots of walking... All day in fact. Also managed to find a great big old extinct vocano so had a quick change of clothes and climbed that... It didn't take long as I thought to be honest.

A lovely day alround and lots of photos taken

Sunday 17th August

Nothing related to exercise today just more touristy stuff

I like this city and the city absolutely loves bicycles. That is an excellent omen

45 minutes on the Watt Bike

@ 180 Watts average

I was in bits the first ten minutes, absolute agony. I then kicked it a bit and found a nice energetic pace to finish with

Eased off towards the end as I was happy with the distribution and output

That's no bad thing Phil. Hope you and Mrs Halter enjoy the Burgh. What's the mood like up there towards foreigners baring in mind the up and coming vote on independence?

I got back yesterday it was given a DVD by a guy on the street about the voting if you want it Grin most people aren't overly arsed as is normal with these important things but most if my friends are if the opinion that if they were to vote it would be for independence... Many of their policy proposals do sound very attractive and if I got a job in a gym and lived in Edinburugh then I could fly the flag for them in the commonwealth games Grin

Okay enough daydreaming

I need to buy some wrist supports of Elieko tonight the ones I'm using are s**te

Weightlifting. In kilos.

Snatch pull to knee with five second hold (straps... as is necessary on this exercise)

60 for five
90 for five
110 for five
140 for three threes

Back squat

60 for five
90 for five

Bolloxed

120 for one
150 for one
160 for one

Very tough... Which as odd as it sounds is a good sign

Death by bench press (clean grip)

75 for twelve sets and five reps

That will do
