Second rotation of pause squats, will lift heavier on next session prior to a wave of 'normal' squats which I haven't done in some time...

190kg,250kg,260kg.

Looking at your paused squats compared to mine, not only are you using a lot more weight (obviously), but it is evident that you have a lot more flexibility.

I don't know. Inflexibility seems more of a concern when a greater lever/moment arm with a closer fulcrum is used.... like a flat back bench holding really wide with flare...and not so flexible shoulders/chest is probably a recipe for disaster
