Farmers walks abit f**king heavy is Paul Savage doing this or what?

4) Mad medley: Sled loaded with a 190kg Duck walk implement pulled Arm-over-Arm x 15m, then taken from the sled and Duck walked 10m, then taken up 5 12" steps to the top of the power stairs
5) 135kg Farmers Walk x 20m
6) 240kg Deadlift x reps
lol. Similar... 110kg log x reps, 240kg deadlift x reps... maybe a bit heavier on the farmers and yoke though as we have the benefit of a perfectly flat surface and JT farmers (which I think are a bit easier than girder types etc).

Just change the sandbags for kegs or two keg and two bags, make the yoke and farmers 40 meters and take out the mad medley and just have arm over arm and it looks like a good set of events
