s**t session, don't know what's wrong here. SI joints feel ok. I think I'm getting a bit fatigued, might have to back off on the accessory stuff somewhat. Mixed in sumo and conventional when warming up for deads - sumo reps moved nicer and my form was a lot better but couldn't budge 200 sumo so going to bring it back into heavy rotation to see if that'll help my poverty deadlift
