Pretty good thanks, knees and hips are a bit achy after 180 6x6 but I'm coping, hopefully set me up nicely for powerlifting in June!

Nursing some niggles, not a happy boy. Pain in back of right knee after prolonged sitting down. Some pain in hip flexor/ groin on same leg when getting up from seated position/ squat. f**k sake.
