Dismissed with instructions to keep doing a few specific exercises for the adductors and build up the squats very gradually. | ||

The physio established my pelvis was rotating when doing stuff like squats, so putting a lot more pressure on the adductor, which could be the root cause of it. Core strength seems a lot better now, so just got to keep strengthening up the adductors and increase squats very slowly, then hopefully it will be ok. | ||

Still feels harder than narrow grips, but need to give it a few weeks! | ||
