Physio today; he was happy with the progress and my core strength seems much better so my pelvis is no longer doing any funky rotation. Dismissed with instructions to keep doing a few specific exercises for the adductors and build up the squats very gradually.

Hi C, it's a very old injury, chronic adductor tendonitis - squats can cause the top of my left adductor to get inflamed to the point where I end up limping.

The physio established my pelvis was rotating when doing stuff like squats, so putting a lot more pressure on the adductor, which could be the root cause of it.

Core strength seems a lot better now, so just got to keep strengthening up the adductors and increase squats very slowly, then hopefully it will be ok.

Middle finger on ring, I think I used to bench with index finger on it but it would be a little too close to the rack catchers if I didn't rack it evenly. Still feels harder than narrow grips, but need to give it a few weeks!

Top sets on the bench were pretty tough, probably wouldn't get any higher on 10s now so onto 8s next week.
