You're doing plenty of good work with 70 and 80% which is great for building that foundation.

You do, however, also need to feel 105 and 110kg in your hands more often though. Bench it to a board or use a sling if you have one.

At the moment I reckon those weights are crushing you because your limp skinny 70kg wrists aren't used to the load.

Just my 2 cents.

The top weights didn't feel that heavy in the hands when I was at the end of the Russian routine doing narrow grips, but now with the wider grip they do even though the weights are still a lot lighter. Some heavier board pressing is probably a good idea, providing I can do this solo safely! Should probably dig out the wrist wraps too.

Looks like nothing but enough to give me pretty significant adductor DOMs. Hopefully I'll be able to add 5kg a week to deadlift now although may take squats more slowly, it's a thin line to tread between strengthening my adductors and over-doing it.
