You're doing plenty of good work with 70 and 80% which is great for building that foundation. You do, however, also need to feel 105 and 110kg in your hands more often though. Bench it to a board or use a sling if you have one. At the moment I reckon those weights are crushing you because your limp skinny 70kg wrists aren't used to the load. Just my 2 cents. | ||

The top weights didn't feel that heavy in the hands when I was at the end of the Russian routine doing narrow grips, but now with the wider grip they do even though the weights are still a lot lighter. Some heavier board pressing is probably a good idea, providing I can do this solo safely! Should probably dig out the wrist wraps too. | ||
