Shoulder feeling much better now, had a lot of knotted up tissue on my rear delt/lat tie-in, some (painful) rolling with a lacrosse ball has made a big difference. Aims for February: build up to 100 for reps on deadlift, introduce power cleans, get squat up to 40 for reps (taking this very slowly), get bench towards 85x5x5 and continue improving the running. | ||
