Bit lighter today, decided to have a bit of a deload. Shoulder feeling much better now, had a lot of knotted up tissue on my rear delt/lat tie-in, some (painful) rolling with a lacrosse ball has made a big difference.

Aims for February: build up to 100 for reps on deadlift, introduce power cleans, get squat up to 40 for reps (taking this very slowly), get bench towards 85x5x5 and continue improving the running.

Run: 2.96 miles in 21:47, average pace 7:21 per mile

Horrible conditions, started snowing and gusting as soon as I set off. Did a slightly longer route than usual now its staying lighter for longer.

Fastest run yet by some way, if only strength came back as quickly as cardio!

Major DOMs from last night's workout, after reading through my old logs I think extra volume should help with strength and some size given how skinny I am.

Don't think I'll be aiming for old school sugden 3 hour sessions though!

Bit milder in the garage tonight, although the ice cream van I heard going past was surely pushing its luck?

Ab wheel is incredibly hard work, going to be a while until I can manage a full range rep on them.
