They're so much easier to get really low without hardly any lower back rounding, I can pretty much do them ATG so I have no excuse really lol. Feeling good for next weekend thanks, all lifts seem to be in order I'm just panicking about squat depth, I'm not very good at knowing when I've hit depth and I really don't want a load of red lights. | ||
