Was extra tired tonight, have restarted working (over summer) on a farm and the shock from my lazy student life of sitting on my arse (apart from training 4x wk)to a full day's work left me exhausted haha. Still, refused to pussy out of squatting so went to the gym and..

Definitely a little more depth needed but at least your holding the bar with the 'correct' grip, I can't do that.

yeah a little more depth needed on the fronties, jam your elbows up as high as possible, didnt look to bad at all though and as les says, well done for using the correct grip!

I knew it could have been alot deeper. They're so much easier to get really low without hardly any lower back rounding, I can pretty much do them ATG so I have no excuse really lol.

Feeling good for next weekend thanks, all lifts seem to be in order I'm just panicking about squat depth, I'm not very good at knowing when I've hit depth and I really don't want a load of red lights.
