lol holy crap ur poorer than my mother, im fixing that though ive took control of her bank acc lol, and new acc because my other one is banned and all the mods on this site are ignorant, ive queried about 5 or 6 times and they tell me its not their problm and the one who banned me ignores my messages

*these are only marked up as easy due to no block, so easy as not doing full ROM, wont be upping these till the block is made

happy with wide grip pulls, not quite full rom, but once i hit 3x10, i'll not add weight until im comfortable at full ROM. i did do a vid of a set of 5, might put it up for the abuse....... hmm

well im s**t at pullups but bend your knees so your feet dont touch inbetween !!

thanks mateys! Grin i just felt like pushing some solo training boundaries today, and it worked! need to do this more often! i know im s**t at pull ups, and worse on wide grip, but 3 months ago i couldnt do 1 like the 3rd set of 5 ive put up here, so im only gunna continue like this till i do 3x10, then going to try get full range of motion with hanging there each pull, only then i'll add weight Happy

I don't think any of my lifts are heavier than anyone!?!?!? The seated EZ curls absolutely kill me, today 1st set flew up, 2nd set I had to close my eyes to get the last 3 reps done! Then the 3rd set was just about ok!
