the 100k pb is that mate, just a 3x3 pb, from over a yr ago! i'd be way off that atm, i could be doing 60k for reps atm yeah, just breaking myself in though!

sh!tty hangover feeling session from a few beers last night, this has to change, and will, deads were strange, and worrying, nothing too bad with pain by end of session, hopefully just a blip!?

ive suffered with back problems/pains for about 2yrs, due to living out of 1 room slouched on bed all the time, currently having physio on it, its never stopped me doing anything and doesnt really get worse as such by training etc, just a pull today?

hopefully just the usual doms tomorrow :/

tried something different this session, used the SLDL bar/weight to get some weight going with these, only difference is i did these from the floor rather than my very unstable block, didnt wanna be throwing the bar forward through the wall!! will sort a block soon and use oly dumbells

back in training today

not a bad session, back felt fine, kept deads light, so were very easy and no need for ABC method
trained 4pm-5:15pm, whey, then just eaten some chicken breast and oven chips, off to some intense footy training at 6pm, calls for some ephedrine i think, staying up tonight anyway as nights in work tomorrow, so dont mind if they also keep me awake!

Your sessions look to be going well mike. Nice to see the bench moving forwards like that. What's the plan with the deads? You increasing them or what next session to a heavier load again?

yeah i think i'll go back upto where i left off, depends how things in the back feel tbh, hopefully even if i end up staying low weights on deads for a bit i'll be on the mend quickly with the physio stuff ive been given to work on

Heal up well dude. I don't think that keeping the weights light would be a bad thing. I reckon it'd be a good call to give the injury more time to heal.

yeah, just work my way towards where i was, todays weights were piss easy, but im not risking it by rushing, if anything i'll probably try higher weights again soon and drop if anything is there!

worked nights fri, sat, and i'm in tonight, 36hr working weekend sucks, managed to get a session in 3 days ago (saturday), very tired, yawning throughout, seemed quite easy but not upping weights or reps etc on a fatiqued day like today, so no ABC, again i'm just happy i at least got a session in...

cardio tonight, footy training, 10 min warm up, 45mins trainasium, 30 mins ball work, 30 mins game, 5 min warm down.................intense as f**k, i am absolutely f**ked now!

no training today, but the effort in the gym was as good as!! pics of gym phase 366, the punchbag is down to allow for the new weight tree/bar holder, it will go infront of the whiteboard and will move the whiteboard to where the punchbag was, so everything now fits Grin

need a few more weights to get them up to 8 of each plate weight size, see what the future holds if i need anymore or not, probably going to empty the rubbish out of the out building for deads and stuff, already have the axle bar, a new 7ft bar, and rubber mats to go in there, so few more weights for out there no doubt
spin bike coming, which the mrs is also interested in using [Happy]
just want the lat tower-pull down/low row for the cage and a few more pairs of different size kettlebells, all in time, not sure after that, think everything is covered and will put up with dumbell handles and plates for now until i maybe fancy a dumbell set
