Member 5404, 23 posts	that's a very assumptive statement, if someone stands up publically and outs someone who has victimised them or attempted to do so it means they have a victim mindset? I would disagree, I would say it means they have a strong sense of right and wrong and the principles and determination to stand up for that, I'd say it suggests they're refusing to be a victim and instead using their voice to fight back....I'd also say that having the courage to admit you have been a vicim doesn't mean you still are one, most of us consider ourselves survivors. but hey your opinion is your own ;o) In the words of Faith Hill "I don't want pity I just want what is mine" For the record I have recieved more threats of malicious police complaints tonight.

Member 5404, 23 posts	I don't expect you to _do_ anything I just wanted to stand up publically and say "this is unacceptable behaviour" and I wanted you to know what sort of people the Caines are. Don't think for one minute this means I am ONLY doing this, applying for Legal Aid takes an age, it doesn't mean the whole legal process isn't happening and it also doesn't mean the relevant authorities aren't investigating if there has been a fraud.... but you know, potentially a business being run fraudulently or illegally, or breaching health and safety (by the owners admission you're training on scrap) is something that could have an impact on it's customers, particularly if you've signed 12 month contracts and stuff, so I just thought you all had a right to know

Only met you a couple of times and didn't talk that much but you definitely didn't come across as someone that was getting "abused" if anything I'd say you was the abusive one! Anyway all that s**ts nothing to do with me! I just come on to say thanks for the gym it's AWESOME

He said I am not going to win. Long story. I am sorry for your pain. Years of trying to undo wrong will age you. In my opinion you shouldn't of gone to that dude to get your car fixed.
