After my 2 previous squat sessions my LCL has been sore. I have a feeling it's from the knee wraps and it feels like the ligament has been crushed, but there is no pain when wrapping or when squatting, just after.

Has anyone else had this and how did you solve it? Is it normal?

I use a standard spiral technique to wrap with 2m wraps. There is no pain anywhere else in the knee.

lateral collateral ligament. I'm know expert, I had to google for a while to find out.
It's the ligament that runs down the outside of the knee........ I hope/think..

Does it hurt if you squat without wraps? If it does then it's obviously not the wraps causing the problem...

hey, simple test to see if its f**ked...

...lay on floor in a situp position, get someone to sit on your feet or foot , place hands just below your knee but on your calf side and give it a little pull the way your knee is facing, it should REALLY hurt if its damaged!
