I would have to say yes. If you allow wrist wraps and a belt, and for that matter, lifting shoes, how can you not allow knee wraps. All or nothing, middle ground is for girls

No, the idea of raw to me conjures up images of something primeval where man first tried to lift something heavy. For me its being as close to that as possible.
Alex - you and Tokar should start your own RAW pyjamas only fed

I'd join!! but i LOVE the chalk!! its not cheating in my eyes cause a cave man could have used dried mud. Happy

Supports yeah, wraps no. I think they can have a genuinely positive effect on knee health.

I also cant see why wrist supports are allowed and not knee supports, although having said that if you allow knee supports the same argument would surely allow elbow supports, and surely that is just the start of a slippery slope. Having said that, nearly every other sport that I know of allows supports, and that includes individual athletic sports where the emphasis is not on skill but rather physical ability. Athletics being an obvious answer....

Also, arent knee supports allowed in the world of the lemonfresh lifter? you dont see lots of moaning in those circles that they help lift more. Well maybe you do but ive not seen them.

I've just started using wraps and I have to see if/when I do a powerlifting comp it will be raw but with the regret of not being able to put something on my knees. I'd happily exchange wrist wraps for knee sleeves.
