![]() my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | first event log on cleaning the 130 my bicep went twang wasn't sure if it had snapped clean off and was left with a horrible vibrating sensation and a 120 max log deadlift 280 something in my right upper back pulled 300 easiest I have ever done it 320 equal to pb I set many years ago and was smooth instead of hitched 340 was going nowhere hip was perfect with no pain at all yoke 400 on grass up and down dale first pick up did approx 15m then second pick sciatic nerve flared its ugly head did maybe 3or 4 meters more had ages left on clock but could risk making that b**ch worse van pull nailled it dont know placing but must have been my highest one stones 1st try my foot slipped on first stone when walking it to the platform and pulled both bicep trying to hold on bounced under loading platform and my hurt like f**k from the slip eddie let me have the stones reset which was incredibly nice as would have taken ages to get the stone back 2nd run did the 130 145 no problem 155 hurt my back on the lap gave the next stone a hug but felt like something ominous was about to happen to my bicep 7th place overal happy with deadlift as been battling for years to get back over 300 also the van pull and yoke. | ||

I have even tried some fasting. Today Log strict 3@42 3@82 1@102 1@112 1@122 1@132 either a pb or an equal pb that was piss easy F@142 X2 would have been a log pb never mind just a strict pb came of my chest which is progress I guess 1@122 wanted to rep this out but sort of just put it down after 1 Axle strict emom 5@76.5 did 6 sets just to make sure as I had lost count Emom Cgbp @105 x5 Roll out @bw x5 Log one motions @67 x5 Rear laterals @10 x10 3 rounds and did an extra set of bench after Curl Shrug Upright row triset X2 rounds Was a very enjoyable session | ||

Axle one clean then power jerks 5@57 5@97x2 These weren't great so switched to behind neck jerks 3@20 1@60 1@100 1@120 1@140 1@150 pb 1@160 pb by 17.5kg first time i have got more than bw over me swede Axle ftoh (fixed) pushpress 1@119 1@129 1@139 1@149 Cgbp 12@85 5@100 3@130 F@160 too greedy should have repped out on 130 Dumbell front raise hold X some for fun | ||
