yeah was 14:55 and I had to be at my daughter school 4miles away plus I dont drive so the push rod got a hammering

wanted to be out in garden logging but was torrential rain so went to the gym at the end of my street

tried deadlift suit out didnt go well sweet spot for me at this weight is around 15inch so off the ground had to let all air out to get to the bar

messed about with log working tech and postioning f**ked bicep at 112 no more back squats till after comp for thos mofo

deadlifts using the form from last week and doing fast reps

went for a walk ran up hill 4 times near where I live

f**ked about with kettlebell swing with band attached but just felt wrong maybe 50reps total

powerclean 2reps every 30 seconds for 7 mins @60

stones but a tiny amount of tacky on arms didnt seem to do much

1@110 biceps killing 90% of tacky came off/got covered in dust

deadlift with 3second pause at my dodgey hip land of limbo zone then bang hips threw

didnt have time before my holiday to log my training and no signal in Jamaica
but did a session at compello before holiday and trained in the hotel gym which was gash but needs must

trained today however I am feeling very stiff and not very mobile

tried 110 but didnt want to risk hurting my bicep as I have had a bit of tendinitis recently

Today had high hopes of training a few of the events for the weekends comp but it posed down all session so just did what I could
