![]() my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | 4mile cycle worked with rich taylor again compello crossfit mobility shizzle and kettlebell swings and band pull threws deadlifts using the form from last week and doing fast reps 3@70 3@120 x2 3@160 3@200 x3 deadlifts moderate speed upto where my hip gets dodgey pause for 3 count the lock out like a boss 3@70 3@120 3@160 3@120 3@160 3@180 3@190 deadlifts stand up between reps for a full reset. do 2 reps on the 30second mark for 6 mins 2@180 for 24 total reps in 6 mins light weight but f**king grafted like f**k front squat (3second pause in the hole) 3@60 1@100 1@140 1@160 form degraded at this point 3@100 x2 3@120 yoke 5m@160 15m@260 20m@340 20m@420 not flying but no drops =a pb and not to shabby time 60m@260 flying and not causing cardio troubles but left hamstring was getting tight yates row did about 6sets f**k knows what weights i used side bend 12@50 8@70 4mile cycle | ||

![]() my face was on fire Member 494, 2394 posts SQ 250, BP 150, DL 320720.0 kgs @ 150kgs UnEq | up at compello crossfit york trained by rich taylor again. 4mile cycle deadlifts 3@60 3@100 3@140 3@180 2@220 3sets some reps were abit off with hip sled sprint x50m @80kg plus sled jog in doors strap on to bar immediy deadlift with 3second pause at my dodgey hip land of limbo zone then bang hips threw sprint plus 3@180 x2 sprint plus 3@200 every min on min 5 reps deadlift (all weights plus a doubled purple band) 5@142.5 for first 2 mins 5@162.5 for last 3mins mandown took about a 30min break yoke 240x60m 260x60m got my groove going and this like lightening 280x60m f**ked yates row upto 5@140 into a triple drop set f**ked about with overhead squat as didnt want to try anything to taxing upto 40 | ||
