| I hope Ed is in the form of what he was at the beginning of the year. Things are a little quiet in terms of big one off lifts from the Hall camp at the moment tho. Does anyone know if the injuries he picked up have gone?? | |||

I have the following- Bumper plates 2 x 25kg 2 x 20kg 2 x 15kg 2 x 10kg 2 x 5kg Metal plates 2 x 20kg 2 x 15kg 2 x 10kg 4 x 5kg 4 x 2.5kg 4 x 1.25kg 43kg JT log with 1" pins with 2 x 10kg rubber plates. Farmers walk handles approx 14kg 29mm olympic bar 2 x 28mm olympic loadable dumbbells EZ bar 6 x spring collars 1 x flat bench squat stands 1 x squat rack The bumpers are the solid black strengthshop ones. They have slight rust on the inside holes, but otherwise in great condition. The metal plates also have slight rust but there is nothing wrong with them. Although the 20's are not olympic size spec. The log has one of the pins slightly bent but doesn't affect it at all. The farmers are quite light weight but do the job. The barbell, z bar and dumbbells are all in great condition apart from slight rusting on the olympic bar and the z bar needs tightening. The bech is very solid with a slight tear on the padding at the bottom. I have benched 130kg on this with no issues. The stands and rack are both rated to 200kg I think. I have sqautted 190kg on the stands with no issues. I am very sad to be selling these, but due to work and lifestyle changes - I just don't get to use these anymore! Collection from Watford. Would also like to mention that I would prefer to sell the whole lot in one go. But if no interest then I will split! Pm me if interested. Cheers fellas... | |||
