I can do.

Drum Roll....

15 pullups. @ 110kg bodyweight

How s**t lol. I will certainly have to try a weighted pullup again soon. Try and equal my all time PB of 100lb + BW.

When I weighed 67kg I could do a one handed pull from a dead, striaght hang. Not anymore though Unhappy

What about everyone else?

15@110kg BW doesn't sound too s**t to me mate!

My super cool stats:

Chin-ups- BW---> 24
Pull-ups- BW---> 17
Weighted Chin up---> 50kgx1 30kgx5

Other way round isn't it??

With just bodyweight I can currently do 11 (with palms facing me). Best ever is 15. Heaviest weight I've had attached to me for 1 rep is 31.25Kg (I think).

Thats right. I got myself confused.
I'd imagine you can do more chinups because you use the bicep more as well right?

I think I might have to create a Max Pullup/Chinup Challenge for Sugden Grin
I did it ages ago on another forum and it was very popular.

Chin ups are never cool or impressive regardless of weight or reps. That's just the way the universe works Happy Cool

15@110kg but only 230 dead? Not being a cock but are you doing proper chins? I.E Full ROM? Not swinging etc?

Yeah stupid isn't it.

Full ROM as well Dead hang. Last few reps are a b**ch and hitched!. But this is palms facing away from the body. They seem to be easier for me to do than palms facing toward the body. Weird again.

Video tomorrow perhaps.
