Some kind of unnecessary standing leg dumbbell bench press thing but with a bar. Doesn't do much I wouldn't worry about it

Side bends build better obliques anyway

I have a lot of guys just shirt lifting in front of the mirrors and doing a little jig whilst nodding their approval.

Its mainly a BB'er gym but still, they've gotta be straight right?
