NOTHING GROWS QUICKER THAN BABIES !!! AND THATS ALL THEY DRINK !!!
Bodybuilders in the 50s onwards lived on it instead of water they even ate butter by the kilo and drank baby powder and blocks of cheese ,its just about the calories ,the bigger the meal the bigger the man .

just add it to everything you eat then

steak = good, steak plus butter = BETTER

I agree, I love steak with butter, had one last week Grin

But in terms of easy cals it's not as easy as just drinking milk..

I've recently switched water with milk. Very easy way to add the calories!

Cooking bacon (i get 670g for 1.09 in sainsbury's)
Turkey thigh mince
Oats
Yoghurt
Cottage cheese
