Due to a bas***d of a cold I caught, then my 5 month old son was extremely ill for over a week and then the other half got I'll. Been nuts!! So I've managed a couple of tricep bomber workouts at home. Session 08/12/12 Warm up with 10kg plate shoulder press and Behind neck extensions. Tricep bomber workout Narrow grip clean and stict shoulder press 40kg x 10 40kg x 10 40kg x 5 Narrow grip clean push press 40kg x 5 64kg x 3 64kg x 1 Narrow grip clean and stict shoulder press 40kg x 8 Behind neck tricep extension 24kg x 8 24kg x 8 24kg x 4 Warm down 10kg plate shoulder press tricep extensions | ||

Managed extra reps on 3 of the sets. * Log grip clean push press (1 clean each set) 44kg x 4 64kg x 4 84kg x 2 (struggled cleaning! Thirds rep just wasn't there!) 84kg x 1 (paused at hips then threw it up) better! 84kg x F (failed clean) 84kg x F (got the clean, failed to lockout press!) 64kg x 4 64kg x 4 44kg x 7 44kg x 8 (quite a bit knackered aye chaps!) Log grip clean into Strict press 44kg x 4 44kg x 4 24kg x 10 Behind neck tricep extensions 24kg x 10 24kg x 6 24kg x 4 Quite a few more reps in there and sets! Very pleased! In really loving this tricep bar. Haven't been to the gym for couple months now and probably won't. Frickin love this bar! I know it's a bodybuilder bar but it does replicate the log movement on a narrower grip scale!
