Squats BW x 10 BW x 10 20kg x 10 70kg x 5 100kg x 1 120kg x 1 140kg x 1 (really fought hard for it) 140kg x (bit better) 110kg x 5 70kg x 5 70kg x 5 Deadlift 70kg x 5 110kg x 1 150kg x 1 170kg x 1 (felt hard but comfortable) 200kg x 1 (need to get a belt when going this heavy again!) 120kg x 5 70kg x 5 Seated row 30kg x 10 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 150kg (to just feel weight) heavy!! 30kg x 10 Treadmill 6kmh walking and bit of running too. Total distance: 1.04km Warm down Quad and hamstring stretching Home Need to be wearing belt from 170kg+ to be honest. I'm sure my back will thank me in later life!
