Hyperextensions and dead hangs always feels nice after a squatting session and shoulder pressing work for that matter.

I will often switch to form and activation drill type exercises after I am spent, as a means of feeling where weaknesses are due to my fatigue.

Fun wise, or if my head isn't in the game anymore, I sometimes switch to light, high volume work with bloodflow occlusion. Gets the pain but without much drive needed from my head.

Sometimes I challenge myself to a vertical jump competition or bike sprint challenge.

The great thing about going to a rubbish gym with no training buddies is you always win!

Random wrestle challenge.

Walk up to someone you have never met in the gym, causally ask them for a post workout man wrestle, if they decline wrestle them anyway.
