Is it a serious tear like Wayne's anus?

Did you have any idea it was torn?

How's the food intake going? I hope you've had some bbq recently.

I dont think its possible for any tear to be as bad as waynes ring piece.

I had my suspicions... i only get pain when moving my arm across my chest,so luckily not a very common movement.

Ive been eating a tonne of food as usual but unfortunately i havent consumed any bbq in 2 months now works just been busy to the point ive barely had time to do anything other then train and sleep!

Horrendous cold.

Deadlifts worked up to 240kg 3 sets of fast singles.

Then back to lemsip and feeling sorry for myself.

ahh bo***cks. sorry for lack of input I was changing my socks.

so I did Eastbourne and it went ok.

the push pull I dropped out of. ive recently started my own business and training and the actuall comp day ended up being booked out for work.

this year ive trained 3 times. with work and the mrs being in hospital its been a nightmare.

ill be back to normalform by july.


ive missed sugden and thoroughly enjoyed pauls joural.
