Thanks Carl, I feel i can wear my purple laced converse with my head held high and my tip glistening.

Id love my raw squat to catch my equipped(380kg)

Bench

7 weeks out from the push pull in birmingham.

The last light week

All paused felt easy. Too light really but this program did me well once before so ill stick to it. Also starts getting heavy after next week.

Incline dumbells
40kg 5x8

Tricep push downs
Loads.heavy.

Hammer curls
30x8
37.5x8
40x2x8

Seated row watsons plate loaded thing.
2 plates a side.

Finished off with alt curls.

Feeling confident

Decided to carry on deadlift thru the broken ankle. So on wednesday we will see how that goes.

Looks like a slight deload phase i think it take a lot of disapline to stick to it,great stuff look forward to seeing how you get on Happy

I assumed thats what it was. But within 3 weeks its all above 160kg so its probably a neccesary evil at this stage!

Deadlift

Felt,much like the bench, too light. This is always the hardest part of a program for me. Sticking to the light sessions.

Finished with some machine rows and pulls downs then shot home for masses of food

I broke it 4 or 5 weeks back. Seemed to hold up ok today despite being swollen

Following my program again. All seems too light. But 5 months ago this wouldnt have happened! So progress none the less.
How rigidly do we stick to our plans?

The guy spotting said its the easiest hes ever seen me move it. So thats good.

Went on to loads of tricep exercises. Just wanted to destroy them. And i did.

Home now lots of food as i want to come in as heavy as i can.

Charity comp for a cause close to my heart. It deserves my best effort.

I do train wednesdays. I just never log it as its pretty boring.
I do all my bench accesory work it varies slightly every few weeks but is the pretty standard powerlifter work.

Worked up to:
230 3x3.
As per my program says. I hammered the weight in easy but everything felt off. Hips where tight glutes felt tight couldnt get comftable. Even my feet felt off. Not sure wtf all that was about!

That was yesterday.

Today

Physio glutes,quads,hammys,abducters,forearms,trap and pec stripped out. Feel battred!

Turns out ive torn my rotator cuff but my pressing is better then ever.

Moral of the story? Tear your rotator cuff.
