salad dodger *missing* Member 1805, 10367 posts SQ 215, BP 121, DL 240576.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | Does it harm to be training 1RM's every week on say Deadlift? Or, can you train like that until you see no improvement then deload? Basically trying to decide how to scedule reps/sets for my stength training. Im a bit confused as to how much volume to have in each of my workouts, say comparing 5x5 using moderate weight, to something where you might have couple of sets of 5 couple of sets of 3 a few singles working upto to a 1RM. Also belts, I need to get one and ive seen on strengthshop they do 10mm or 13mm, lever belt or double prong buckle - whats the differenc/best? cheers. | ||
