Sorry mate, but both just above depth, not a mile out but a tad high none-the-less
AvatarCarl
thanks wigan

i was confident the 2nd one was in, wasnt so sure on the first cus phil nosko didnt appreciate the camera angle and put his arm in the way Roll-Eyes Tongue , so i thought id ask the honest site of sbb

seems to be 66% would pass, 33% would fail, so in other words 2 white lights, not what i was hoping, but better than 2 reds
Avatarmarc
so hard to tell on video carlos
AvatarCarl
yea, phil said i seemed to go down forever, and he squats deeeeeeeep, so i dunno, it got the majority saying it was in, that will do for me
Avatarpaul_richards
In my opinion from the shot, its iffy, it looks just in but hard to be 100% sure due to the angle of the camera.
AvatarCarl
whats the best angle??
Avatarbrynevans
about the same height as the knee would be ideal. I would second what pete said about your walk out it was very loose and your knees were wobbling about a bit. You might as well get used to do it properly so those bad habits don't return on contest day.Keep it tight

I did say you seemed to go down forever but then I was behind you and when I looked at the video they werent as deep as I first thought. I personally think they were just in but as some of the guys said you need to go an inch deeper and give the judges no reason to doubt the depth. Practice getting every single rep in training between now and comp below parallel and you will be fine mate. Anyway, Im training at 6 tonight and not 7 so I will see you thereHappy
AvatarCarl
ok mate, see you at 6

its the gay day
