Still feeling worn down, sore throat etc. will try and establish some good sleeping patterns this week. Time to get healthy, drop 3-4kg and get my squat/bench up. Forget 301, next time I'm having a go at 310kg! BODYWEIGHT 97.1kg (shoes, hoodie, joggers) 1) PIN SQUAT 1x5@60kg (2nd pin) 1x3@100kg (2nd pin) 1x3@140kg (2nd pin) 1x3@180kg (2nd pin) 1x1@205kg (2nd pin - PB) 1x3@100kg (1st pin) 1x3@150kg (1st pin) 1x3@180kg (1st pin - PB) 3x5@180kg (4th pin - PB) 2) FRONT SQUAT 1x3@60kg 1x3@80kg 1x3@100kg 1x3@120kg (no oly shoes so left it here, will work upto 140-150kgx3 in the next few weeks) 3) LOW BAR SQUAT 1x10@60kg 1x10@100kg 1x10@130kg 4) DECLINE SIT UPS 4x10 5) REVERSE HYPERS 3x20 6) CARDIO 20 minutes on the cross trainer NOTES; Solid start back. Decided against the plan of action Ima get back into some repping and do low frequency for a while. WED; LOWER THURS; UPPER SAT; LOWER SUN; UPPER Basically gona just get in there and boost up all the closely related exercises to my squat and bench and see what happens. Will also try and beat some rep records (if possible). Previous on squat (belt only) are; 140kgx20, 162.5kgx12, 180kgx8, 190kgx6 and 215kgx1. Once I get back into the low bar groove will shoot for 3x10@160kg and work up to some heavy weights. Diet wise I will be shooting for 3000kcal.... | ||
