so how many calories do you think you're going to need to maintain 90k bw

3000kcal? I have been on 4000-4500 average for last few months. Cardio 3 times a week will help. Consistency on cardio will make alot of difference I think.

EDIT; basically out of the gym I dont move lol, laaaaaaazy.

well that 99 is a lot of bloat though, I used to be 102/103 the day after competing in the 90s.

Not really sure if I will make the 90s tbh, the body is proving too much of a beast to let let me drop down like I used to. I'm just eating cleanish at the moment. and I will see where I end up.

It actually keeps me straighter, I have enough problems with getting down to the bar let alone with an alternate grip lol. Besides I use a hook Happy

Todays session (03/12/08)

Right back in the gym. Still feeling worn down, sore throat etc. will try and establish some good sleeping patterns this week. Time to get healthy, drop 3-4kg and get my squat/bench up. Forget 301, next time I'm having a go at 310kg!

BODYWEIGHT

97.1kg (shoes, hoodie, joggers)

1) PIN SQUAT

1x5@60kg (2nd pin)
1x3@100kg (2nd pin)
1x3@140kg (2nd pin)
1x3@180kg (2nd pin)
1x1@205kg (2nd pin - PB)
1x3@100kg (1st pin)
1x3@150kg (1st pin)
1x3@180kg (1st pin - PB)
3x5@180kg (4th pin - PB)

2) FRONT SQUAT

1x3@60kg
1x3@80kg
1x3@100kg
1x3@120kg (no oly shoes so left it here, will work upto 140-150kgx3 in the next few weeks)

3) LOW BAR SQUAT

1x10@60kg
1x10@100kg
1x10@130kg

4) DECLINE SIT UPS

4x10

5) REVERSE HYPERS

3x20

6) CARDIO

20 minutes on the cross trainer

NOTES;

Solid start back. Decided against the plan of action Ima get back into some repping and do low frequency for a while.

WED; LOWER
THURS; UPPER
SAT; LOWER
SUN; UPPER

Basically gona just get in there and boost up all the closely related exercises to my squat and bench and see what happens. Will also try and beat some rep records (if possible). Previous on squat (belt only) are; 140kgx20, 162.5kgx12, 180kgx8, 190kgx6 and 215kgx1. Once I get back into the low bar groove will shoot for 3x10@160kg and work up to some heavy weights.

Diet wise I will be shooting for 3000kcal.... Unhappy Eek Angry
