The bounce went from my bungee today. Going in my hips felt really tight, and didn't ease. Was looking to do 3x3 @ 85%, but would have settled for 75%. As it was I ditched squats after the first set, it felt like my legs had been switched off. I did some bench after but didn't finish that either. Hopefully just a blip.

3 x 3 @ 65% again. Getting used to my new bracing sequence on squats, seems better. Bench also seems stronger with my new grip. Deads still feel a bit alien, have to really think about technique.

3 x 3 @ 85% today (finally). Sleep has been crap this week so went into it tired.

Squats were good, hard but kept form. Bench felt heavy but not maximal. Ankle and lower back were a little sore at this point, so decided to leave deads until tomorrow.

Increased 2.5Kg from last week.

Squats felt good except for the middle set - over thought that set, even managed to step forward on the last rep. Bench felt solid. Was tired and a little tight by deads - second set got heavy, so left it there (am trying to self regulate on deads for a bit).

This was a delayed session from yesterday. My heart started racing yesterday sat at my desk, turned out it was atrial flutter and I'm now on a beta blocker for a month whilst I wait for some sort of test.

The session should have been 3x3 at 85% + 2.5Kg from last week, decided to do a single set of three on each to see what things felt like.

Squat was good, though lower back felt it a little. Bench was fine too. On work set of deads I could feel it in my sacrum, which was a little tight afterwards.

Lower back was sore after each work set of squats but eased off. Last set of all was the best.

Bench felt good.

Squat moved well but was getting a pinching pain around my right SI after re-racking - think my pelvis is out a bit. Skipped deads again because of that. Bench moved nicely.

Felt like there was no power in my legs today, so backed off a bit on squats. My SI wasn't as bad as earlier in the week.

Intended to back off on bench too, but that felt fine so did prescribed weight.

Feeling really tired atm, didn't really want to go in to the gym. Decided to do bench first as it was set up, combined sets 2 and 3 and left without doing squats.
