Event 2: 16" Max Deadlift Pick your weigh 3 lifts (no suits, straps and belts ok) Event sponsored by winning health solutions the winner will receive poliquin BCAA (500 capsules) & poliquin java stim (90 capsules pre-workout). Event 3: 45m 220kg yoke 2 turns Event 4: Arm over Arm with a twist Event 5: Medley 150kg Duck walk 15m 2 x 85kg sand bag carry and load on to sled or prowler 15m 170kg sled or prowler drag All events will be 60s Judges: Rob Frampton 2 x WSM Competitor Arram Eghoyan England's strongest man u90kg 2012 Tom Hibbert England's strongest man u90kg 2013 Katie Dixon Britain's strongest women u75kg We Also Have Matrin Cee from VOS Commentating This Event It is my pleasure to announce that ChaosProtein is officially the sponsor for Breath easy novice strongman competition and will supply prizes to the top 3 athletes! Check out www.chaosprotein.com/ also will be on sale at the competition Get there for 11am register before 11.45am 1st lifts at 12.00 This will be a Open Novice competition GRIP OF STEEL Also we have a 1 rep max on a rolling thunder for any one to try will be £2 a go you get 3 lifts and 60 seconds for each lift and i mean any one people competing spectators mum and dad come give it a go! winner gets a small trophy and goodie bag there will also be cup cakes for sale! All proceeds go to the cf trust so lets make this a good day | ||
