Yes I use a super katana, I do get a lot out of a shirt but bear in mind I wear one every week and I dont train the raw heavy, this week I did raw on monday and went up to 110 for a few triples, on wednesday i did 5 triples in the shirt with 170 and today I'll probably go up to 120 raw for some doubles. | ||
