Looking forward to Saturday's comp, I got egged on to do 170x3 which is good after only 3 weeks back from a long break of not squatting.

135x2 raw but 200+ in a shirt?

You're getting a LOT out of your shirt. My raw was about 155-160 when I hit 190 (there was 200 in the tank)

You're a super katana guy, right?

Yes I use a super katana, I do get a lot out of a shirt but bear in mind I wear one every week and I dont train the raw heavy, this week I did raw on monday and went up to 110 for a few triples, on wednesday i did 5 triples in the shirt with 170 and today I'll probably go up to 120 raw for some doubles.

Thankfully not it seems, I did have a bit of tendonitis in my elbow on monday but thats gone.

I am still training, Ive got the world champs in sweden coming up in May, I keep my log on a spreadsheet now.

Some great sessions in here!

Benching 135 for a PB double is solid lifting!...

I hope you manage to rep three plates one day!

Be good if you did a lighter version of "death by deadlift" too like your training partner at Adders!

(You could try it with the 80kg at the same time as Pete and see if you can manage the same as him Happy )

he has, and he does, in that order - he also does death by clean and push press etc. He's comfortably the fittest of the powerlifters at the club.
