Would not rely on primary source data for STI contraction Tried to find the puplished paper, accoring to the latest Gov publication it appears that 1 in 65 men were exposed to HIV when injecting steriods in Austraila so perhaps LBC have taken this figure out of context... even still its not a great statistic to be faced with. The government estimate for steroid users for 2012/13, males aged 24-59 was 59,000, and the proportion of users for that population is given elsewhere as 0.2%. In 1996 it was 0.3% and seems to have been either 0.1% or 0.2% since then. So it looks like numbers have actually been quite steady for some time. | ||

The fact that it supposedly doesn't kill anyone doesn't necessarily mean that it isn't really bad for you. also is it coincidence that bodybuilders and other such users tend to die way too early? don't get me wrong, im all for people doing things that they want to do but don't lie to yourself (and mentally vulnerable harry kids) pretending that its not going to have any negative side effects. | ||

A big problem is that the local dealer in a lot of cases is a f**king numbskull who knows jack all about the juice other than how to stick a s**t load in. I remember hearing once, from said numbskull to a bunch of 15-17yr olds, how all gear does is oxygenate your blood so that you can push yourself harder. | ||
