I made a spreadsheet for 5/3/1 and thought i'd share it in case anyone wants it.

Its got colours and s**t. Enter your lifts and it works it out for you.

What %'s have you used for week 3? Shouldn't the 5 be 85% and the 3 be 90% like the top sets for the previous 2 weeks?

I've used option 2 from the manual.

Week 1: 75,80,85%

Week 2: 80,85,90%

Week 3: 75,85,95%

theres 2 options of settting out the 531 week, i used to do it the way you described also.

Really? I thought week 3 was like smalls said for both options?

No, there are 2 options for week 1 and 2 but week 3 is the same for both options.

I chose option 2 cos higher intensity training seems to work for me better.
