Training has been sporadic if at all the past months. Had a decent run at it the last few weeks so going to start logging again.

Tested lifts a couple of times back end of last year. Squat & deadlift maintained quite well but noticed a bigger drop off in bench strength. Gym total in the autumn was something like 210/120/250, must be getting on toward 220/135/260 at the moment.
