Had a decent run at it the last few weeks so going to start logging again. 06.03.18 Squat w/belt & sleeves 60x4 100x4 140x4 165x4 170x4 175x4 RPE8.5-9 erring on side of caution here till I get a handle on judging RPE again, at least one left in tank. Squat & deadlift maintained quite well but noticed a bigger drop off in bench strength. Gym total in the autumn was something like 210/120/250, must be getting on toward 220/135/260 at the moment. | ||
