Not used to the wider stance at the moment. Bench +Shirt, T&G 70 x3 110 x2 140 x1 160 x1 180 x1 185 x1 190 x1 Shirt off 100 x12, x5, x5 Bench moving well. | ||

Not bad for 2nd time in kit after a 5 month break tho. Bench 60 x3 100 x3 120 x1 140 x1 + shirt 160 x1 180 x1 190 x1- to commands 200 2xf - couldn't quite lockout 1 arm, speed of chest was great. Spent for the 2nd attempt. | ||

Member 2216, 2243 posts | 07.08.16 All Englands Weighed in at 119kg Squat 260kg - good 272.5kg - not deep enough 272.5kg - good Bench 180kg - good 187.5kg - 3 reds, arse up 187.5kg - 3 reds, managed to touch my belt lol Deadlift 260kg - dropped, bar hadn't been cleaned after previous flight 260kg - 3 whites 270kg - 3 whites 712.5kg total 1st 120kg equipped. A few errors today lol. Sitting back without sitting down. Not setting shirt correctly and then leaving my belt too high. Not noticing the bar was caked in chalk even though the lifter before me dropped the bar too. Still decent run out I suppose, need to spend more time in equipment before Italy in September. I'm planning a higher frequency template for the next few weeks. | ||
