Arse off the bench on all 3 attempts, not been training in squat shoes and often been using the non comp spec bench but nothing to worry about there.

New deadlift tekkers is slower off the floor, tried to get more leg drive on the 275 and it left me rounded over as I got to the knees.

650 is my best in comp total, I went 8/9 that day too.
Best in comp lifts - 665 but weren't done at the same time.
All time PB total - 687.5 again not done at the same time.
