13 week smolov cycle

as u can see my squat sucks. i want to bring this up to parr, does any1 have a calculator for the 13 week cycle or percentages?

the base and intense phase here

pretty sure theres a prep phase and a rest phase between base and intense then another rest after intense then max

From what i can extrapolate, it looks like the base cycle is:
1-3x8&65%, 1x5@70%, 2x2@75%, 1@80%
2- same as above
3-4x5@70%, 3@75%, 2x2@80% 1@90%
4-lunges
5- lunges
6-lunges
7-rest
8-2x2@85%
9-3@85%
10-5@85%

So, weeks1&2 are this, then do 3 week base mesocycle, then a week where u squat once for a pb, then the 2 week deload programme, then run the intense cycle.

off some smolov spreadsheet i seen, looks like s**te to me, if you were asking me i would say f**k off the 13 weeker and do the base and if you want the intense

I thought the intro was to get you in squatting shape? Ie if you have been squatting regularly you dont need it.

if you want to get better at squat squat more often like twice a week heavy in one session and speed in another with plenty voloume in both.

I asked about upping my squat a while back and what worked for nme was suggestion from Tom Martiin, do 5x5 a couple of times a week gradually upping the weight each session by 5 or 10k, didn't take long to get up to 240 albeit equipped.
